Chris Santos, was very professional and helpful in meeting the needs of the service for my vehicle. He explained the inspection report and recommended what needs to be serviced immediately and/or if it can be done on the next service call. The time promised for the wait was met as a waiter customer. Mr. Santos is always pleasant and polite. Never has had any problems or issues thus far with him. A great service advisor.

Where do I start, Dennis, he never talk down to me the ways most males do in the automotive industry…he took his time explaining the reasons for my beautiful and beloved vehicle needed serving. I feel he was honest and had my best interest in mind.. may I say you have a loyal and efficient employee working for you .. it would be in your best interest to reward him as often as you can.
