I received a text that said that my wife’s ES350 had a cracked windshield and scratches in the paint. When I the car back I checked it out and there were no cracks in the windshield and scratches in the paint where listed.
Also if you are given photos of items that need to be replaced, it would be a good idea to provide photos of the new parts installed. And if the grease from the CVC joint boots.
