This experience was good. The dealership had lowered it's standards in the last year or so. Many of the previuos ammenitities that were offered to customers with scheduled service dwindled since we bought in 2015.Aside from the remodel of the waiting area, the snacks, donuts, shuttles, massage chairs, coffe machine and canned soft drinks nearly vanished. The courtesy car washes disappeared too. The dealership had become just another Lexus "hustle", upselling the customer when the opportunity presented itself. After rebuffing several services that were "recommended", and seeing the ammenities fade, I stopped going and serviced the car myself, or put off services till this visit. I decided to give your dealership another try, and was surprised on the faded hard sell of "recommended" services. Helen was a pleasure to deal with. She also informed me of the return of the courtesy washes. Servive appointment no longer required for a wash. To be honest you had lost me as a service suctomer, and for sure as a new car customer.
