I asked not to have my car washed as he was detailed and wash before arrival, I was not happy with the water spots and dripping. Mark did attempt to make it right, but unfortunately it wasn’t much improvement. The receptionist checking me out was very rude and unfriendly. I was very happy with the service such as the oil change and tire rotation, and the service was speedy.
