However I am disappointed that the service technician bent my rim. Also, I paid for a wheel alignment during my first service, which is when the rim was damaged. After I picked up my car I noticed bouncing when I braked. During the replacement service, the service department performed a new wheel alignment.
This is concerning to me because the wheel alignment before and after show a distinct difference. If the Service department had performed the wheel alignment in the first service, I can’t see the wheel alignment being out of alignment on all four wheel due to the bent rim.
It appears I was charged for a service that actually wasn’t performed during my first service appointment. I’m disappointed with Crown Lexus service department. And, I don’t know what to say.
Again, Mark Gray is the reason I’ve continued to bring my car to your service center.

The customer service was excellent, the complimentary car wash was beyond terrible. They kind of just sprayed some water on the car to get the dust off and then wiped the windshield and windows with a dirty rag (it was hard to see though all the smears driving back home). They didn't even bother to touch the rims at all. The interior was untouched as well. In my opinion it was unprofessional. If you are going to offer a complimentary car "wash", make sure it is done properly and up to Lexus standards and reputation. If you are going to do an unacceptable job, then best not to offer to do a car wash at all. It just makes the dealership look unprofessional and one might begin to question where else corners might be cut.

Mark is very friendly - good customer service. Only beef is the extra $4500 in preventive services that were first described as essential/emergent. When I opted to decline, the services were changed back to preventive care. I understand these services may be necessary at some point, but I felt tricked and $4500 is a lot of money. Long gone are the days of cheap oil changes, and now routine service can cost an absurd amount of money.
