Mark was totally attentive and helpful. He made sure I had all information I needed to make informed decisions about service. I was well taken care of and wouldn’t mind if he became my service advisor each time I bring my SUV in.

I had a 15% off coupon. I showed the advisor before leaving to drop off. When I came back the discount was not in my invoice. The cashier said to go back to the advisor. I went back to George and it took him 5+ minutes to figure out what happened. I then had to go back to the cashier.. wasting more time. Overall, love the coupons via email. Just need to teach the advisors how to do math.

I was satisfied with Chris’s service. However I was disappointed with the body work that was performed on my vehicle. The vehicle was turned in for a crack on the bumper and it was returned a week later with a small crack. It wasn’t completely repaired. I have contacted Chris today and am waiting for a response as of now.
