Eli was absolutely great. Vehicle was done in a timely manner. My problem is with receiving the car upon completion. The plastic seat cover, mat cover, ticket number, and the writing on the rear driver window was still there. I had to clean it all up myself.

Chow is personable, professional, and informative. He described the services we needed and went over the last vehicle service stating the fluids and brakes were fine.
