First of all let me say that I am a huge fan of th Lexus brand but I must say that I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with what happen on today's visit. I brought my 2022 ES 350 in to Crown Lexus In ONT, Ca because I was experiencing Vibration in the steering and at the foot pedal. So I dropped my car off for inspection and I got a call saying 2 of my tires were wearing out. Then I asked the work how much were 2 tires with the wheel alignment and he said $900+. I thought that was a bit expensive for me to afford at the time. So then I the price for each individual tire and he gave me the price, right away I said I'm going to chech the tire price at costco and I'll return the call shortly. He said ok we can so price comparison. I went to Costco brought the printout of their price and it is cheaper. By the time to to tge printout back to Lexus service department it was too late for repairs so I was given a loaner car. Then today 8/28/24 I got the message that my car was ready. I go to cashier and it ended up costing $1491. They put 4 new tires o without confirming with me first. Now it's my last day off work and I currently live in Banning I'm just trying to go home at this point so I paid for something I didn't ask for. Also I asked if there is a warranty for my tires because the mileage is under 25k miles and I was told no. This is very frustrating and I need help please and thank you.
