I came in today for an oil change and was informed that if the car needed further repairs I would be notified before it was completed. I noticed that I was charged for my key battery change out. The car is not even a year old why would they change it without asking me? This shows me that I can't trust this facility with my car because they choose to do stuff to my car without informing me.
