Eli is an incredible asset to the crown Lexus team. He provided excellent customer service, listened well, and was even very understanding when I told him my time was limited upon checking in due to a Dr. Appointment. Am very dissatisfied l was not told that l had to purchase extended warranty that is completly unnecessary. The dent l told the fiance Manager to take it out did not need it my insurance covers he still kept it am over $5500.00 for what. The technician joey was suppose to give me a discount of $200 for high mileage of 83 miles it did not happen. I feel duped l was signing thinking l was dealing witb honest people but crooks Vince the fiance and Joey his tec. I would not recommend crown toyota to any friend. This is the second time am stiffed by your agents.
