Alyssa is wonderful. Very professional and personable. However David in valet needs to go immediately. I realize there are other issues. But he is in a customer service position, act like it. Excessively rude and disturbing.

I know all recommended and required services are completed on time, because Tony always takes the time to ensure all records are up to date, even before the Tech begins their review. I always have an accurate estimate of any service, and my vehicle is always ready on time. My HS is about to hit 300k, and I owe it ALL to Tony and the team. After nearly 15 years, I still won’t entrust my car to anyone else!!

The car’s 2 USB ports both are not working and should be covered under the warranty, but the sales insisted on diagnostic fee of $250. And will be free to check only if I purchased additional unnecessary service. Which comes to additional $1000. I am very disappointed with the tactic. I expected Crown Lexus be honest and professional.
