Mr. Chow is one amazing customer service technician. He went beyond what had experienced from other technicians there are Crown Lexus, I have been a customer since 2019 when I first purchased my vehicle. He was always in touch with me in regards to my vehicle he either called or text me about concerns or issues while my car was in the shop. He even went as far as calling my warranty insurance for me. I would say he deserves a ???? for his attention and diligence towards his client, me. I have taken my car for service since 2019 and Mr. Chow has been the only one I would give this high rating.
