Mr. Jerry Temores is excellent!! He kept me updated through out the process and he’s customer service skills is top notch. I usually go to Riverside Lexus but moving forward I’ll be doing all my Lexus (3 Lexus) services at Crown Lexus even if I have to drive 20 minutes extra. Michael provided the best customer service and took care of me in a timely manner. It took me longer to get to crown Lexus and I expressed that I was in a bit of a hurry I needed to make it to work on time and I appreciated that Michael got me out the door quick with that in mind. Service technician said the suspension needed to be replaced, suspension is brand new OEM Lexus with 12 month warranty. Technician said there was “defect” after speaking to general manager he told me it doesn’t have a defect and instead needs to be replaced due to a service bulletin with an updated part instead of the part that is on the car. I should have been told that instead of being told the brand new Lexus oem part has a defect. I will never bring my car here again
