Check in was awesome. Mariah greeted me promptly, used my name and recalled the service my vehicle was scheduled for. Shortly thereafter I received a text regarding the vehicle check in and was updated regularly regarding the status, updated estimate and time service would be completed. Check out was easy. Thank you to a great service on.my tundra that had break issues that we found out when we were turning off the highway into Toyota of Buckhannon. The breakers were not working and my daughter ran into the back of my Rav’23! The master mechanic was awesome as he checked out the car and truck to ensure we would be safe to leave! The truck is staying till the brakes are fixed but I was able to get home in the Rav. That you to everyone involved!
