They had previously diagnosed my vehicles as needing its blower motor replaced. That was already established. Called and Set up an appointment to have my blower motor replaced.
Came, sat for two hours waiting for them to tell me they don’t have a blower motor in stock today, it needs to be ordered and come back.
Why make someone an appt to replace something and not check to make sure you have it first before they drive 45 minutes there and sit two hours!?
Have the parts you make appt for or set the appt for after you can get it!
Frustrated. Making another trip on another day off.
