I’ve spoken with Alicia a few times recently. Not only was she knowledgeable about my situation and vehicle, she remained pleasant. She repeated the issue of what she thought I wanted out of the visit so we were both clear on expectations. I’d also like to say the Service Manager who drove my car was very much appreciated. He recognized the issue I described almost immediately and, even though it wasn’t serious, validated my concern. We have at least two Toyota dealers within 15 miles of our home, but we chose to buy my Highlander at Buckhannon Toyota (60+ miles away) because we heard they have the best Service Department. I would have to agree with that, especially after this visit.

I didn’t think they could impress me any more than they already have but with my experience today I have to say they have. They squeezed us in to take care of my car, which didn’t take too long but they still gave me their top service; and of course, everyone was so nice. All I have to say is buying my Camry from Buckhannon Toyota was the best thing I have ever done.

The service dept was great. My only issue is about the factory. My spare tire rim size is smaller than my other rims. This is the way the truck was sold to me 4 years ago. The dealership I am sure was unaware. But I do think Toyota company should make it right
