Summer was knowledgeable. She knew what service my Highlander was due for answered other questions as well. She was a pleasant surprise after my experience in January when your employee told me my car wouldn’t be serviced until two hours after my appointment time because she had four or five “no-appointment drive ins” who would be taken care of first, and if that didn’t work for me, I could “just leave.”
I always felt I was in the loop, as I got texts telling me where my car was in the process. I’m sure it took diligence and extra time in her part, and I really appreciate her effort to do that.
When I mentioned how much I loved my Highlander, Summer told me of a beautiful blue one on your lot. I told her my original salesman was no longer there, she said you all have some great sales people and any of them would happy to help me find the right car, and if you didn’t have the perfect one for me there, you can get one from another lot.
In my opinion, Summer Richards is a definite asset for Buckhannon Toyota.

I have 2 warranties, yet I was charged a total of $500.00 for a simple thermostat and a filter. Your excuse for not Allowing the warranty to be used was that the thermostat d I don't leak. Apsolutely rediculous and what a way to rob people. It was obviously a Powertrain issue which was still under warranty. It shut down my AWD my heat did not work. Seriously a thermostat has to break a certain way to be covered! My other purchased warranty denied coverage because you were suppose to cover it under Pt warranty. I'll never buy another vehicle from Buckhannon toyota.
