I have talked with several people and I always hear that whatever service is being done there. It takes forever to be completed. I think you take too many appts for the same times and they leaves a lot of people waiting. Today while I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced there was at least 20 or more people waiting for their vehicles. It took an hour and a half for just an oil change and a tire rotation.

2019 Highlander in for oil and filter change. 42,000 miles on car. Was advised that oil pan drain plug was compromised and needs replaced at next oil change at cost of over $600.00. Buckhannon Toyota has done last two changes with no issues. Talked to service manager and was told it was normal wear and tear??? He was to check to see what can be done. Still waiting on call back. My son is a mechanic and he said it had to have been over tightened or cross threaded.
