VERRY HAPPY with my first experience at this location. I live in Morgantown and usually go there, but after they have continuously been rude and disrespectful, I decided I would give this location a try. I am so happy I did! Somewhat disappointed that troubleshooting on my TPMS was brief. There is a Toyota Service Bulletin that discusses the very issue. It took a phone call with Toyota Advocates to get attention to the problem. Awaiting further word from Buckhannon Toyota.
