The lady I dealt with wasn’t very friendly and then I sat in the room while her and the other representative spoke negatively about a previous customer. She didn’t provide any information to me and then when my husband I tried to let her know we would like to do oil services every 5000 miles she kept informing us that they wouldn’t pay for that. We informed her that we understood and would pay out of pocket. Seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. Not great customer service.
