We still don’t understand how our back brakes are already in the yellow, when they were just put on in February. Do brakes have a warranty? We don’t drive over any mountains or big hills and my wife only drives ten minutes to work. Something doesn’t sound right. The next time we come in, I’d like to see the brakes when they check them.

The text I got was very confusing. It said that I had an issue that needed to be addressed right away and gave a price for it an estimate. But then when you looked at the report it didn't show anything wrong. So I called to ask about it and Hayley was not friendly or helpful and then I had another question when I went to pick it up and she again was not friendly or helpful. The price that they gave me was not the price my oil change should have been and included the price of the tire rotation which should have been free since I bought the tires there so I didn't think that the price was the price of what I owed today
