You need to speed your service up. Over an hour and a half to do an oil change, rotate tires, and clean and treat battery terminals is excessive.

Took just a little longer than expected but still satisfied with the service completed and the customer service.

I have always had good experiences with Buckhannon Toyota. The Customer Service is excellent, the Mechanics listen and understood my problem and concerns. I was treated with dignity and respect. Like I knew what I was talking about. Which was nice. Oooo, yes Summer Richards,was Amazing. She was kind and understanding. She was knowledgeable, about my issues,and the work that needs to be done. She printed out the estimate of everything that needs to be done. Then she explained,everything in detail, in words that I could understand. If and when I need to purchase a new/used vehicle, I will definitely come to Buckhannon Toyota,first. I have had good experiences, in the past with Toyota. I have had three Toyotas. I had a Yaris, for nine months. I loved it. I hit a deer, on my way to work. I totaled it, but still drove it to work, that morning. I called it Sherman. Like the General/tank. The next one was a Corolla. It was a great car. 2011, got it in 2012. Drove it until December of 2020. When we bought the Rav4. The only reason we did, was because I needed all wheel drive. Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with this Rav4. It was used, and not taken the best care of. Live and learn. It will not stop me from buying Toyotas in the future. I would love to have a Camry. Totaly in love with the 2021 Camry. I drove one for two weeks while my Corolla was getting repainted. Oooo, if I could have bought it, I would be driving it right now. It was red. Beautiful. I took pictures of it. I got a lot of compliments on it. From strangers. Nice. Thank you. Toyotas are great. Keep up the good work. If you wanna give one away, I'll take it.
