I needed to get my parking sensors recalibrated due to deer damage and replacement of the sensors. I told Michael when I arrived to hold off until I could reach out to the body shop to arrange payment. I went outside and called the body shop about half an hour after arriving and arranged payment. I came back inside and Michael was busy so I spoke to Patrick and told him to go ahead and have the technicians recalibrate the sensors and send the bill to Hitts. He told me that was no problem he’d let them know. After 2.5 hours of being here Michael let me know the truck was done and he knew nothing about the sensor calibration nor did the technicians. After being here for two and a half hours I had to reschedule another appointment for a different day when it could have all been completed at once if Patrick had followed through with letting the technicians know.
