I bought new windshield wipers during my last visit and they make a scraping noise and when I asked the guy about it he said they pretty much all do that. (I’m not happy about that) but they did change my oil and rotate my tires that’s good and they put air in my tires (I am happy about that)

You sold me a warranty that’s was supposed to be bumper to bumber and the first time I try to use it you say it doesn’t cover trim on the seats. I can understand outside but that is part of the seat. It has the seat controls on it definitely more than trim

I had my oil changed. The old sticker was not replaced showing when the next oil change was due. Also, the ‘Maintenance Due Soon’ message was still displayed as it had not been reset.
The girl who checked me in for service, Alicia, was very nice and courteous.

Never received any paper work if anything was wrong or if anything was changed. Also before there was a sticker on windshield of how many miles til next service. The sticker was there but it wasn't changed.
