This evening I picked up car for service. As soon as I attempt to push the start engine button, the engine would start then turn off. Pressed again and it could come on. Check engine light, Trac off, TPMS, and light with triangle and exclamation mark came on. Went to find customer service employee and he recognized the issue immediately (Zack Dixon, kudos to him). Come to find out the service department forgot to plug back in the Air Flow Monitor Plug. This is the third time I have taken my vehicle for service and have had an immediate issue or an issue the next day after picking up. Two other times they forgot to plug a wire back to my alternator. The first time I got stuck on the side of a road. The other time I was able to catch it to take it back before the car shut down on me. The folks up front are great but the people working on the cars seem to have a reoccurring issue. Suggest getting their heads on straight and double, triple checking everything is good to go before returning car to customer. Never had this problem when it was Mike Smith Toyota. Step up your game Coad.

It took way too long to rotate the tires. Telling me the dwficiencies from the inspecton but not giving me the inspection report seems rotten. Asking over400 dollars for battery soumds like ptice gouging. The original battery from Toyota lasted less than 3 years. My replacement battery has lasted longer and cost much less

They were excellent!!! I had to come back to get the dash gauges adjusted after I left as they are always messed up after they service the vehicle, not a big deal at all I just turned right around and brought it right back. They fixed the problem in about 2 minutes, not a problem at all!!! Service department is always GREAT!!! No complaints at all!!!
