A little bit of a slip-up this time. I was scheduled for the reduced service this time—inspection plus tire rotation. They had estimated 45 min, so at 50 min I discovered that the car was still outside & they hadn’t started yet. The service desk estimated another 30 min, but they actually finished in half that time. I’ve had all my services there & this is the first time that there has been any kind of hiccup, so I would say that’s a pretty good track record.

Person that did oil change and truck check turned on everything on my truck lane change safety thing turned on safe braking check ajusted seat every light for all this stuff on my truck was on took me thirty min to get the truck back like I brought it to you was very annoying when I took it to another dealership for 5000. Mile check got it back just like I took it in didn’t really appreciate that all this was turned on I don’t care for the lane safety thing on the truck wish that was something it didn’t have anyway and the safe braking check is annoying when turned all the way up

Was very happy with the determination that no idea why tire lost air.
After I left the lot an indicator showed up….. turns out hood was not completely latched down. So pulled into a business and noticed hood not latched completely, so pushed it down and latched it. Indicator light was no longer blinking.
