My husband scheduled an appointment for an oil change--he schedules one every 5K. I was told at check-in that we didn't need an oil change but were due for a free tire rotation. After waiting an hour after my appointment time, my husband called and confirmed that he scheduled the oil change. I talked with check-in again an insisted on getting the oil change that had previously been scheduled. Total wait time for oil change and tire rotation was approximately 2 hours with resistance in getting the service scheduled.

I was traveling, inadvertently put diesel in my tank, and needed assistance immediately. Everyone I came in contact with at Coad Toyota was more than helpful and very friendly. I was extremely concerned but they took care of me and my vehicle with the utmost care. They were able to fit me in that day and I was back on the road a couple hours later. I made it to Nashville and back home to St. Louis, MO, with no mechanical issues. I highly recommend Coad Toyota.
