Dalen was great! First service for my new 4Runner and first service at COAD. He was professional, patient and explained what my first service would include. I also explained my brakes were making a squeaking noise.

I know things are more expensive these days but $145 to change oil and rotate tires on a small car seems a little excessive i will still have toyota service the car at least till it's out of warranty your people are great fast on time you have good people make sure you're taking care of them for this kind of pricing.

Ashley Demoss was amazing as always. Very nice, friendly and courteous. A dealership can have the best service department in back there is, but if the employee dealing with the customer in the front isn't friendly, nothing else matters. COAD has the best of both, quality work in the back and friendly people in the front. Win win

After I left I went to use my windshield wipers to clean my windshield with washer fluid and they left my wiper fluid completely empty. My husband had to go buy windshield wiper fluid to put it in because they do not fill it up and left it completely empty.
