I was disappointed in the snack bar. You use to have an enjoyable one. I had convinced one of my friends to come there for service , and when she came there wasn’t anything at the snack bar. I know we are there for service but a cookie and coffee makes the wait a little more pleasant.

The service took entirely too long. I was advised of $2k in services. One was 28k miles past due with no one ever mentioning it before. Others are upcoming, but at a crazy rate that I will do on my own or at another shop. Furthermore this dealership has very few cars on the lot to even look at to pass time. They are locked into the covid era idea of making more if they just order everything for you. Who wants to wait that long for a car when you can go elsewhere to actually see what you are buying.
