I was unable to get an oil change because I needed a certain hose that I knew nothing about. I would have thought a Toyota dealership would have everything to work on that type of vehicle. Also I was quoted 2 hr wait and was there over 4hrs. I kept getting told the technician was jyy it st about finished several times but I waited quite a while.

Dalen mcneese put on new passenger door trims . To remove door seals he broke the fasteners that secure the seals to the body. I’m frustrated that attention wasn’t given to this and then secure the seals back onto body. Now the seals will have to be glued into place or replace entire seals above the doors. That will be an unnecessary cost to Coad. He should have consulted the service manager about his mistakes and asked how to proceed and not leave the seals unsecured.
