Well very very strange that the oil service panel was missing how does that happen when it’s bolted down n how come you didn’t find this on my first oil change this i cannot understand +

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment which was unannounced but my wait time was still three hours. The staff was nice and cordial. Just didn’t expect to be there that long for an oil change and tire rotation. In the past, the white time has been longer than expected as well. This is not just one instance, but this time was just a little longer.
