Very nice people, everybody was very friendly and nice and I appreciate that. The thing I brought my truck in for did not get fixed far as I can tell. I am scheduled to come in in the morning and talk with a technician but the same noise is still prevalent and my truck still has detonation ping when I climb up a little bit of a hill. That was one of the main things I brought it in for. I'm sure they will help me in the morning when I come in. Once again very very very nice people.

One small detail that I would add is to have the tech wipe down the door handles and steering wheel upon completion. Mine were smudged with greasy gloves. It’s just that added extra touch for the customer to receive their vehicle back ready to roll.

I stated that I would be waiting for the repair to be completed. The service advisor told me that it would be 2 - 3 hours. The wait ended up being about 4 hours. I only got an update when I inquired after about 2.5 hours. The length of the repair seems unacceptable to me since I have never had to wait that long for a similar repair before. Hopefully this will be addressed.
