The service provided today was a follow up from a routine oil change 1 week ago. Luckily, I noticed an oil slick in my garage, and it was determined (at this visit) that the oil filter was not properly fitted during the oil change, and was leaking oil. I take my vehicle to Damian Lillard Toyota because I have received quality care in the past. I realize this is likely a "one off", but I was not offered any compensation or apology for this incident. I had to bring the vehicle back to the dealer, while trying to pack my family for a road trip vacation, which was stressful. I would appreciate a complimentary oil change for a future visit, or a similar credit to my account. Again, I appreciate the past service at this dealer, but this could have been a trip ruining mistake that was luckily prevented.

I think your whole oil change warranty thing is bought when I bought my truck was a scam.Then today I schedule what I thought was my last appointment and an oil change and find out i was over the milage, im sure they should have noticed this when they put the sticker on my windshield last oil change and should have mentioned it. So today she comes out and says im over 25000 miles so its 120 bucks for an oil change and I say I just got a flyer from you guys for 90 so she drops it to that but not before she was going to try to screw me out of 30 bucks. It's only 30 bucks but its kind of the principal that your techs try to get every dime they can unless you really watch them, I was hoping for more of a hometown feeling but coming to you and feeling like I have to watch every move or I'll get took makes me think I might as well go back to Beaverton.

The sensors on the car are faulty. This was not covered by Toyota. If Toyota isn't going to cover then they should not put them on the car. It is not an optional feature on the purchase. Wasted four hours of my day.
