That question is too closed. My contact with staff was great. Professional and courteous. Your system for letting customers know where in the process their car is... Is fabulous.
It's your prices. Soooo Ouch. ???? $1500 for the AC system? Your mechanic told me what it was when my car was in for a noise it started making after you guys did an oil change. But I paid for the diagnostics anyway. (At least in part...it seems there was a discount applied for the diagnostics, which was appreciated and helped to form a greater appreciation for the employees who know how to gift an unhappy customer.)I know coincidence happens in life. I certainly hope this is the only time it happens with my car and your shop though. I really want to like you because I love Toyota's. But I loved Hondas for 20 years before the Toyota. My car is old. When I upgrade my entire range of experiences will play into what I purchase. The little things do add up but don't override not being able to afford your prices. Times are tough. You should be helping people keep the cars you work on not making them consider finding different vehicles. No one needs to reach out. I pretty much told you what I am complaining about and it isn't customer service.
