The service advisor Austen was extremely rude and inpatient. He was unprofessional and used a raised and condescending voice towards myself and other staff members at the dealership. He refused to take the time to answer my questions about the findings on my car and the services performed, as he tried to get me to pay and hurry me out the door. He refused to follow up with the mechanic to get my questions answered. I would not return to this dealership because of this poor customer service and I now do not trust the quality of the services provided.
