Toyota misquoted some repair work by about $1500. Due to the significant cost, I started an insurance claim that delayed the repairs. 7 days in, I received a call from the rep that they had made a mistake on the quote for what was needed. The entire issue could have been resolved in 2-3 days, instead of 10. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to get me taken care of. I did end up missing over a 1/2 day of work total with phone calls and picking up and dropping off rentals and vehicles. In spite of that, I do think that it would be valuable to explore how to improve the communication between technicians and service reps to avoid these mistakes. Thank you for the repairs and for going above and beyond.

I made a service appt for maintenance along with getting my second key I have been waiting 8 months for. But when I got to my appointment the service was going to be delays at least 2 hours for the key so I now have to reschedule to get the 2nd key for my car.
