We sat in your service department 3 hours one day and 5 hours the next because our air pressure light was on. It finally got fixed but I am exhausted and my back hurts so bad!

I asked them to look at my tires as the light was on. They apparently filled them to Spec but it is unclear if they looked at them to determine if I had a nail or screw. They were quicker with the oil change which I appreciated but told me they no longer accept the free oil change contract that I bought when I purchased the car-I just wish they would have notified me

We have a life time agreement for oil, Filter, and tire rotation. We were told that when getting our 30k maintenance today this amount would be deducted from our bill....OOPS..NO. Lillard Toyota has decided not to honor these agreements any longer. Reason, previous ownership...and Lillard Toyota isn't making money? Poor business practice. And, is it legal????

The young gentleman who checked me in and out was superb. I wish I remembered his name. He checked my car afterward to see if the tail light worked and to see if the windshield wipers worked quietly. They did not so he tried a couple of things to see if the screechie sound would go away. It didn’t so he worked out in the rain and put on a new set of wipers. The new ones worked perfectly. He thought it was possible that the person who worked on my car may have missed that step. Kudos to the young man who helped me. Staff like him are part of why I come back for service and someday for another car.

I do not intend on returning for future service at your location. I dropped my car off at 9 am on 10/30. It was in for a service and a fuel pump recall. When I dropped my vehicle off, I stated I needed it back by 3pm and that I also did NOT want my tires rotated as I had just had that done. I was told that I would be contacted by 2pm if it would not be ready by 3pm. I never heard a word. I arrived at 3:40 pm to retrieve my vehicle. 40 min after I stated I needed it! It was STILL not ready, yet I had not received a phone call. So my children and I waited until 4:15 for the car to be done. Upon completion when I received my statement it specifically stated that the tires had been rotated despite what I told the gal when I dropped off! So after I left your facility I had to take it back to the tire facility I had previously had my tires done at and have them put back into the proper location!

Thomas was great and really kind to me. I did not have a problem with his service. I do have frustrations with the fact that my car’s back hatch is not latching and I mentioned this. They said if it doesn’t malfunction in an hour, technicians have to move on. I get you have to follow a schedule, but I don’t get why I don’t really have access to a whole section of my car even though I came with a video of the issue and mentioned that it has refused to latch 3 times in the last 2 weeks, once making me late to my job. Nothing was done about it. It would have been nice to be offered an alternate solution. My car is not working properly and it needs to be fixed before my warranty is up or else I have to pay for it out of pocket which seems wrong. I brought it in within the warranty’s guidelines. I did what I was supposed to do and with some online research and the admission of the gentleman who checked me in (I believe that was Thomas but I could be mistaken), this is a common problem with the power doors in Toyotas. I am frustrated and would love to have my car fixed.
