Last time i came in for an oil chage there was a coupon discount aavable but your service rep acted like he did know anything about it .. I was sitting there for waiting for it to be done and them giving the discounts to others. At the timpaument he said he didnt know anything about it . I pointed out the coupon sitting on his desk . Got the discount. This time i had scheduled a 30,000 i come in for the service and get told only an ooil chsnge was scheduled and f hey are short staffed ,could not do the 30,000. If i reschedule they would give me a discount . I reshceduled fot the next day. At time of payment i menetioned the discount was told yes 10.00 $ . WTf is that ok fine whatever . I didnt even get that on my bill . Im very upset i feel that your shop is dishonest and I will not return to you guys .

Would have been nice if I could have been called ahead of time to let me know at the time of my first appointment on Monday that service was 1-1/2 to 1 hours behind because of a lack of lube technicians. Would have saved a trip in if I could have just rescheduled by phone.

Truck was done in 45 minutes, but waited 45 more minutes until I had to prompt the service department to get to give me the results and billing. I was waiting at the location and saw the service conducted and truck parked until I said something.

Appt. was 11:30; it took 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil and wiper change? No one came to the waiting area to explain the delay and no one apologized for it. The only thing done with urgency was the appeal for payment!!!Apparently, customer service is not your strongest skill. Now I question your workmanship!!!
