He was very compotent. I was a bit disappointed when I was told I had to make another appointment to have a tire checked out because of a slow leak. Most tire dealers fix the problem when it is an issue.

This is the 3rd time i have brought in my vehicle and had something dine that was never asked for. Today they reset maintenance light(never did maintenance) and removed mileage due oil sticker. I was in there only for a patched tire.
Time before rotated tores when asked them not to so had to return for them to rotate back. Rotating causes a shimmy is reason why no rotattiin.

I’m frustrated that a quick, complimentary vacuum isn’t included in the service/oil change. I spent a lot of money at your dealership and my truck was not disgusting to work in/with. It’d go a long ways with me- and a lot of other folks, too, I’m sure. I get that everything is more expensive and time is money, but it’s a pretty easy way to gain loyalty.
