Why was I the only person making alternative plans to make sure my car was repaired in a timely manner?
Why was I the person who reached out to other parts suppliers in order to obtain the necessary part?
Why was the replacement part never delivered to your dealership?
What are you going to fix to prevent the same thing happening to future customers?
Why was I not compensated for my gas, time driving to and from Portland, or the necessary extension for hotel reservations?
Why did it feel like all I got was lip service?
Why did I have to become my own Parts advocate and ultimately do your job for you?
