Damian Lillard and their Mcminnville staff are excellent. The service department was friendly, informative, and fast! I love the inspection updates throughout the service via my cell phone and all the information at the end of the service that was performed on my truck. I also love that the manager Specifically called me to let me know that I had been previously Overcharged on my last service because it should have been billed to Toyota care. He made all the arrangements to have me be reimbursed back into my bank account by giving me a call directly.

Brought my vehicle in for two things.
Have a recall issue resolved.
Have the oil changed.
I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up signed the paperwork received ny keys and was ready to leave. I looked through the paperwork and realized I didn't have any documentation for the oil change. Upon pointing it out the service advisor he told me that's because the oil change was NOT performed.
If I would not have noticed, I would have left thinking it had been taken care of.
Very disappointed.
