I had a 8:30 am appointment, arriving at 8:29am gave the keys and informing individual i am here for just a oil changes and was told the service advisor would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later they called my name and I think great we are done. No we wanted to inform me of a recommended tire replacement. I said its not my car its my husbands I will inform him. I said I am assuming we are done how much longer for the vehicle and informs me a couple of hours. My jaw dropped. A oil change ....a 830 appointment and I have already waited 45 minutes. I asked at 1045 how much longer and they informed me it was in the wash. 11:10 my keys are brought to me informing me the car wash wasn't done the line was too long. I am just so confused on how a simple oil change takes so long.
