Great updates along the way & of course, always great customer service. I purchased a full set of tires in October 2025 from BMW. I got a flat in December 2025 and was told I didn’t have warranty on my tires. I ended up paying full price for that tire. I had low tread today on one of my rear tires and Joshua looked into seeing if I had a warranty. Although he couldn’t refund me on the full priced tire, he was able to switch out my rear tire & I appreciate his diligent effort to help make things right.
