First off I was told it would be a couple of days and it was over a week without a car. Then when they picked the car up I gave them 2 keys and the car was returned with only one key. Mark said the car only came with one key like I’m a liar. I have bought 6 cars from Arrowhead and really don’t appreciate being treated like that. My sales guy is great but service is not up to expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10 this is a 1. The kind of device I would expect from a Toyota dealership. Might have to rethink who I do business with
