Brandon was great, the loaner car smelled of marijuana, which I was warned of prior, so not holding that against arrowhead bmw, cost 1666 for a coolant leak, that never happened until I got a coolant recall issue fixed. That has me upset, Brandon was great so please don’t hold this against him.

I was completely satisfied with my service experience. BMW has always had loaner vehicles available while cars are being serviced. This was not the case this time. My car was there for one week waiting fir supply chain to get the parts and still no loaner car available. This is something that needs to be corrected if you are Google to provide a complete service experience to cust.
