i went for oil change the lady then came to me and said that there is a screw that may have issue and she is needs to check i told her to check it out but she did not discuss with me how much it going to cost if she is going to replace it
anyway even the video the provided for me it does show a screw so do you charge 360 for screw replacement??
then she charged me 365! this is make no sense and i’m not going to visit this location again i feel like i have been scammed
