I am new to BMW and was expecting better service. My window tint issue was resolved but I also took my car in for activation of LoJack service and it still not working. I was expecting an update today as Sean told me he would let me know and still have not heard from him. I understand he is busy but I expect better service form BMW. After the window tint my car was left with a few dirty spots left on the outside body.

Poor customer service. Worried more about internal issues than taking care of the customer. Had my car way too long than necessary without any concern for the customer. Doesn’t even know how to have a “real” conversation that involves “listening” would rather talk fast and talk over the customer. So irritating.
