Hello, While trading in our car is not completely out of the question, we just need a little bit more time to think about it. We would however like to express our gratitude to Sean for his expertise, incredible kindness and honesty. Being that my husband has medical issues I am the one to lead the way in making decisions and at times it can be very stressful. Sean most definitely helped to make the day easier in every way while our car was in for service. From the initial phone call, to dropping off our car, to coordinating a ride for us and then pick up of our vehicle, everything was ‘top notch’ service. We would also like to express a heartfelt thank you (apologize can not recall names) to the young man who gave us a ride home, who was very pleasant and to the gentleman ( I believe who is the manager in service) for his down earth attitude- thank you for making us feel so welcomed! In our opinion from start to finish, this is what true customer service is all about- people who truly ‘really care’ about making the experience exceptional and that was!

One of the services that was performed was a brake fluid change. The same day I received an email from BMW saying I needed to schedule a brake fluid service. Then a text and now the car is saying the same thing. Is there a way to turn that off?
