I had explained in the morning I needed a large vehicle comparable to my current vehicle Nissan Armada due to expensive ultra sound equipment needed for my work. The loaner vehicle offered was a mid size car with a small Trunk and would not accommodate the equipment.
My power steering pump is still not operating and would hope someone would reach out to me when a larger loaner vehicle is available due to pump I would believe is under the warranty from the other repairs completed . Thx DB

The service person that was sent to my location, Luther; we are knowledgeable, extremely polite, and very thorough with the work that he had performed.
He took great care and servicing, and replacing the battery in my vehicle. He pay particular attention to protecting the vehicle from any damage during the replacement of the battery, and provided detailed information as to what he was doing, and the inspection of the vehicle once he completed his work. Luther is an asset to BMW and particularly the dealership. I would recommend him to do most anything. It was a pleasure having him.

Joe was great. The best part of the service experience by far. But we dropped the car off for a sensor issue, got it back the next day and the light immediately came back on. Brought the car back last Monday, was told it would be 3-5 days and told Friday morning the part should be there that day via FedEx. The next time I heard from anyone was Monday telling me the car was done. Underwhelmed with the service but the service writer was excellent.
