It took an hour to drop off my car and get the loaner car. My service rep said it should only take a few hours for the service. I didn’t hear anything until it was finished 8 hours later. An update would have been nice. My previous rep (Devin) always kept me informed. Don’t know if your service dept is short handed but it’s not the “BMW” experience I’ve been used to for the past 15 years.
