I was very pleased with the work of my service advisor, Devin, and the way he handled my appointment for a safety recall repair. It was right on time for my appointment, handled all of my questions, assisted with my getting a loaner vehicle, I had my repair completed, and my car washed in a very timely way.

Had an intermittent problem with the garage door opener transmitter in my new X3. Even though it tested successfully at the dealership, it would fail at home. The mobile service people from the dealership came out, observe the problem, and order it ordered a replacement mirror. Mobile service replaced the mirror with a new one and fix the problem. Great service that wouldn’t give up. Thank you.

1. I waited 20 minutes before I was checked in, I guess appointments don’t really matter. What Customer service???
2. I sat there for three hours without any updates on my vehicle.
3. I had to request a copy of my diagnostic report, which he offered to print after I asked for it. I thought it was standard procedure to receive a copy. I believe he said he didn’t think I was interested.
