Sean was really nice but it takes too long from when you drive in to when the car is ready to be serviced. They asked me if I know who I made the appt with (I don’t know, I just called and made an appt) and then it took forever to find who my service provider was. When they finally found him (Sean) he was very nice. But he’s required to print a ton of paperwork and I’m sitting there waiting for him to print this paperwork for me to sign. So by the time I sign and give him my key and walk out it just seems like I’ve been there for quite a while. Also when he came out to my car he had to walk around filming with the ipad and again I’m just standing there awkwardly waiting. And this appt was just for one tire so it seemed like a lot of waiting to buy one tire. Everyone was nice this time tho (had a bad experience with the provider last time I was there a few months ago).

I was switched the wrong tire and given the original flat on the opposite side. Now I have a brand new tire on my right with my original flat tire on my left. I arrived at 12:30pm left at 3pm with the wrong tire immediately returned and left at 5:30pm with the new tire on the right and the flat instead of my original left tire. Even after specifically asking if they had given us the original left tire we were told “maybe”. Saw air leaking on my drive home and now have to return again tomorrow morning to get back my left tire with no answers if I’ll get it back since the service center closes at 6pm. It was and still is an awful experience.

I had a repeat issue with the molding on my vehicle after a rear window repair. I had already returned twice to have the molding put back correctly since the window repair. While I was in for my scheduled maintenance, I pointed out that the molding was still not installed correctly. Steve informed me later by phone that because it had been several months since the 1st visit for this issue, I would have to pay to have the molding replaced due to “wear & tear.” I never had an issue with the molding until the panel was removed for the window repair & was reinstalled incorrectly. After spending $1,500 on maintenance to include tires & an alignment (that can be done for much less somewhere else), I am not satisfied with the customer service I received.

I am not happy I requested to check the left rear tire specifically aside from checking the rest of the tire. I even asked a question if it cost me anything to fix the tire or not she said I will take look if I have warranty for tire
I told her to let me know before I left she asked me to sign the paper before I left how's the left tire I believed 4 different time and her answer was everything is fine so I left just 45 minutes ago I checked the tire and it's low 22psi so I decided to removed the tire to check and there is a nail
